Step I: Check Device Compatibility
Before diving into the process, ensure that your device supports eSIM functionality.

Step II: Select your Plan
After navigating to the eSIM activation page, review the available plans offered by the carrier.
They may have different data packages including voice plans, and SMS
Choose the plan that best aligns with your needs and budget.
Step III: Dial *#06# on your keypad phone
To find out what is your IMEI and EID number dial *#06# on your keypad phone, record the numbers or make a screenshot
Step IV: Send us your phone IMEI and EID number

After you select your plan, please upload your device IMEI and EID number to submission.

Step V: Select the activation date and return date

Select the activation date & return date on the calenda. Note  eSIM will be successfully activated at 10:00 a.m. Los Angeles time (UTC-8)

 

Step VI: Pay for the eSIM Plan
To proceed with the eSIM activation, you will need to make a payment for the chosen plan.
Ensure your payment information is correct and double-check the details before completing the transaction.
Step VII: Receive payment confirmation
After the payment is successful you will be received a notification from T-Mobile on activation date.
Step VIII: Complete Activation
Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the activation process. (See T-Mobile Instruction)
This might involve selecting your preferred default line for calls and data usage or configuring other settings based on your device requirements.
