International SIM Cards and eSIMs are services that allow users to access telecommunications networks in foreign countries without relying on roaming services from their home provider. They come with packages that cover multiple countries with a single SIM or specific countries, without additional charges.
For SIM Card, We are recommended to allow at least 3-5 days inavance to ensure that you receive the product in time. Alternatively, you can arrange for a rider to pick up the product at the store or collect it in person.
For eSIM, deliver via Email within 15 minutes
SIM Card
We recommended you to activate the SIM Card within 150 days after purchase. The activation deadline or the start date will be indicated on the back of the product. If you wish to activate it after this period, please contact the store for further assistance.
eSIM
The eSIM can be stored for 30 days from the date you redeem or request the QR code.
Due to our privacy and security policy, you are not required to provide any personal information to the store for the registration of any SIM Card or eSIM.
In case of any issues, we recommend connecting to public Wi-Fi and reaching out to our Support team for assistance through any of our available contact channels.
