Refund Policy – The Global Sim
1. General Policy
The Global Sim by Wander Globe Co.,Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality international connectivity. Refunds for prepaid SIM cards and eSIMs are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if the following conditions are met:
- The SIM or eSIM has not been activated or used
- The physical SIM card remains unopened in its original packaging
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of discovering a service issue
Note: Refunds are not available if the SIM/eSIM has already been activated or used, unless the error is caused by The Global Sim or our network provider.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- The SIM/eSIM has already been activated or used
- Your device is not compatible with the SIM/eSIM
- The SIM is lost or damaged after delivery
- You changed your mind after activation
- Issues caused by incorrect settings or poor signal in your area
4. eSIM Policy
Once the eSIM QR code is scanned or installed, and data usage is detected, refunds will not be granted under any circumstance.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
- Confirmation that the SIM/eSIM has not been used
The Global Sim by Wander Globe Co.,Ltd. reserves the right to verify the status of the SIM/eSIM before approving any refund.
6. Refund Method and Timeline
If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
7. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act of Thailand and the guidelines of the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB).
The interpretation and enforcement of these service terms shall be governed by Thai law.
